The 45 and 60 minute times allow for Lymphatic Drainage as well as Remedial Massage Therapy.

Shoulder, Neck & Head Massage
30 minutes $95
Busy schedule? short of time?
A 30 minute massage includes Remedial Massage techniques to ease sore neck and shoulders. Includes Craniofascial Therapy, Aromatherapy & Facial Cupping. You choose - I am happy to advise treatment applications for you.

If you feel unwell, have a temperature, virus, flu, cough or sore throat it is best to postpone your massage. If you are sneezing or coughing you may still be carrying an infection and the chances of transmitting this to others is high. Massage may not feel good when you are feeling unwell. Your immune system is already working hard. Your body is best supported by resting and drinking plenty of fluids.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a 50% fee. Please provide 24 hours notice of any appointment changes.
