eucalyptus - native to Australia - relieves muscle ache due to sports and symptoms of cold and flu. Traditionally used to treat bronchitis, asthma, sinus and throat infections, eucalyptus is also well known for its anti-bacterial qualities.

Cupping
While the specific origin of cupping is unknown,
the use of suction as a therapeutic device has been documented throughout history.
Tools such as hollowed out animal horns and bamboo were used to purge bites, poisons, pustules and skin infections and lesions from the body.

Suction cupping induces a negative pressure,
rather than a forceful compression.
